Anyone can contribute to the Features section of the Cork Greenmap website. We will publish all articles that respect the conditions below, whatever the opinions of the authors, as long as the contents is non defamatory and respect the general idea of sharing ideas, knowledge and opinions.

  • Subjects must be about Sustainable Living in general;
  • Preference will be given to subjects that apply to Cork in particular;
  • Authors authorize Cork Greenmap to publish their work under a Creative Commons Licence;
  • Authors must ensure to not reproduce copyrighted material;
  • References within an article must be fully listed at the end along with links to more resources if applicable.

How to submit an article?

A final article is an electronic document posted on the Internet. In order to reach this state, you will have to do research, write your article, have it reviewed and finally format it for the Web. It can also include diagrams or pictures that will need to be formatted. The more you can do by yourself the better! However the Cork Greenmap Team will always do its best to help you in any way.

If you want to submit a fully prepared article, you can edit your own HTML pages and submit them to us (see the next section for details). We will take care of uploading your work on our website and link it.

Don't worry if you don't know HTML or how to design your presentation, in that case the simpliest way to submit an article is to send us an electronic document (such as a Microsoft Word document) and we will prepare it to be published on the Internet using one of our standard presentations.

If you don't know how to use a word processor does not mean you can't contribute! Send us your work on paper or contact us for a meeting and we'll be please to type it in for you.

Publishing with your own design
